Hi sagarmehra2015,
Logistics profiles make for great MBA stories for applicants, and you have a good profile. But we feel that the PGDM in marketing and your goal to get into strategic consulting may not flow into a natural story, the kind B-schools like to see in their applications.
680 may not be a deterrent to your application, if you get your story right. We'd like to have a detailed discussion. Feel free to reach out to us.

The good news is that your work experience in logistics will align well with the course curriculum at ISB. Moreover, your strong academic performance at the college level will also help build a stronger case for you.
While the above-mentioned factors are crucial, your success in gaining an admit also depends on a number of other factors. For starters, we recommend that you work towards achieving a higher GMAT score. Remember, the higher the better ☺
Further, business school also like to see applications that portray a logical sync among work experience, short term goals, and long term aspirations. Currently, however, your marketing degree and your goal to take on a strategic consulting role do not flow in the most logical manner. Thus, we also suggest that you spend some time on story boarding and build an application, which is more focused.
We are confident that on addressing the aforesaid, you stand a strong chance at ISB!

At the outset, we must tell you that you have a strong work profile, complete with achievements and crucial responsibilities. This along with a GMAT score of 700+ should give you a good chance at cracking ISB.
Now, coming to your first query. Yes, extra curricular activities are important. However, having fewer extra curricular engagements is rarely ever a deal breaker. Instead, this is a good time to think about your strengths and string them into a story, which speaks about the person you are and shows a natural flow between your work experience and career goals.
Next, yes ISB does prefer diversity. However, at this point, it is more important for you to keep performing at work and have a larger number of talking points in your applications. In showcasing that you possess a set of skills, which will add overall value to the school, you will definitely build a strong case for yourself.
