Hi Viraj,

This is great that they have waived the GMAT for you. Could maybe give me some more information on that? I am also an applicant for January 2021 intake and have not been able to give my GMAT due to the current situation.

Any other information on your application now that the GMAT is waived?

Shrinkhla21, congratulation on the admit, would you be joining Sauder in January?

Thanks,
Chintan

Hey Chintan.

The Sauder process took the most time around 2.5 months. In the meantime, I have paid my commitment fees at a German B-school. So it’s a tough choice to make. Still thinking.

Hi Viraj,

Could you give more information on this? I,m also still unable to sit for GMAT because of the current situation, and i got interviewed yesterday. No mention of a GMAT waiver during the chat.

Hi Nishant

Could you advise the areas on which you need inputs.

In case you have yet not started on your essays would advise that you do a SWOT analysis for your self and then go through the program details and see which points resonate with you.

Hi Nishant,

There are multiple components that we need to evaluate before we comment on your profile and determine the B-School fit.

We would be more than happy to guide you for the MBA application process. We request you to please PM us for the same and we will take it forward from there.

Regards,
Team MBA Sorting Hat

Hi everyone,

I am applying for the UBC MBAN program. I would like to apply for the GMAT/GRE waiver. However, when I complete the application form, I am stuck with the section 'Standardized Test'. I would like to know if I am applying for the GMAT/GRE waiver, how should I fill out this section? (It seems like the information for this section is required to be filled and I cannot leave it blank.)

Moreover, may I ask where should I upload the statement of qualification?

Best,

Ry

This is what I posted in other chat as well:

The application should be submitted with normal GMAT planned/superficial dates, with a letter named "Statement of Qualification" requesting a waiver.
After initial review, they grant the waiver and send the approval email.
