When I click the link, It says complete and has checks next to the items very vera verified. The entire process took <21 days for me

For me it says we have completed 2 of 2 searches but says pending against the school name.. does it say completed for you? Did they ever reach out to you throughout the process?

If it says pending that means the search is incomplete
