How do people know that decisions will be released at 12:00? Didn't they call round 1 applicants?

Same here, and some people DID receive calls (in R1, and it appears R2 for some international) so who KNOWS anymore! Ahhhh... time for a coffee break away from the computer. Caffeine should calm me down.... :shock:
