The fact that he did not produce any evidence supporting his innocence, shows that he is guilty.

Does "shows that he is guilty" correctly modify "the fact"?

Or should it phased like this - He did not produce any evidence supporting his innocence, showing that he is guilty

This sentence is not correct and illogical. You should first know how verbing words work. Verbing with a comma ( except "including") always describes the action. And in active voice The subject should make sense with modifying entity. In this sentence is illogical because it says: He is showing that he is guilty. But we know logically that the action of not producing any evidence is showing he is guilty.

The fact that he did not produce any evidence supporting his innocence, shows that he is guilty.
The fact is the subject here and shows should be the verb for it. So it should not be seperated by a comma. So this sentence is also wrong.

Does "shows that he is guilty" correctly modify "the fact"?
No it’s not a modifier.

Scientists have discovered a prosthetic that can act like a leg, enabling disabled people to walk normally.

Is this correct?
What would be the corrected form if it’s incorrect?

IMO, CR1- Choice D, CR2- Choice D. Guys CR-2 looks like a difficult 700 level question as it contains a lot of traps. Have a look at my detailed reasoning to know how easily we can solve difficult question through POE.

The aim is not to find the one right answer, it’s to find four wrong ones. Elimination is the name of the game.

The magazine has done a commendable job of organising considering the sheer amount of data and number of articles it has available to show.

Is this sentence grammatically correct? If it is, then what kind of entity is "considering.. available to show"?

There are some really good resources for verbal here: verbal-guides-and-resources-389/

this has a mix of critical reasoning, reading comprehension and sentence correction still.

But I think we will be keeping sentence correction around because you need it for executive assessment… 👀
