The information in statement (1) alone IS enough to answer the question, but the information in statement (2) alone IS NOT enough to answer the question.
The information in statement (2) alone IS enough to answer the question, but the information in statement (1) alone IS NOT enough to answer the question.
NEITHER the information in statement (1) alone NOR the information in statement (2) alone is enough to answer the question, but the information in statements (1) and (2) taken together is enough to answer the question.
The information in statement (1) alone IS enough to answer the question, and the information in statement (2) alone IS also enough to answer the question.
The information in statements (1) and (2) taken together IS NOT enough to answer the question.
These questions are being tested now in the GMAT (Non-math Verbal DS), but this particular one seems to be too vague for GMAT Language! "Major Shareholders" = ?....Majority of the shareholders? Shareholders of major shares? Shareholders who are considered major? Also, are shareholding related feelings bipolar - Happy and Unhappy? Is there a neutral.....Sounds too vague to me!
