Technically you can be admitted without an interview, but I am not sure how often this occurs in reality...

Boy oh boy , there are a lot of us from R2 who have not even been interviewed.
Sorry to say , but truth is we do not fit the diversity curve.

If Kelley sends me a ding with out an interview , I am surely gonna write to them to give me back my 75$ + cost of sending GMAT and TOEFL scores :)
