I don't think so. I just submitted my application. Its Jan 7th, 12 AM in Evanston right now. You have a lot more hours left to submit your app.

Looks like some technical glitch. I sent them an email. Kellogg needs to get better at tech stuff ... first problems with the video essay thing and now this stupid stuff. They are really driving me nuts !

I've sent them a mail too. Only got a couple of auto-replies.

In the meanwhile, I've selected round 3 and am proceeding to complete my application at the earliest.

Lets see what happens in the morning.

I hear you. This is total stupidity! I have to be on a road trip tomorrow and I thought I would submit it tonight.

I'm going to do the same. Does anyone know if the information will transfer over when they reopen the Round 2 application (assuming that they do) or will we have to cut and paste? It's unlikely that anyone's gone through this before, but I figured I'd ask. Le sigh.

Ahh, everything carries over to the Round 3 app just fine. Hopefully it won't be an issue going back to Round 2 application.

The changes I made to my application in past 2 hours do get reflected when I select Round 3 now. Hence I am assuming whatever changes we make by selecting Round 3 should get transferred to our Round 2 app as well when they reopen.

How will proceeding in round 3 help? Won't it create a further technical problem after the solve the glitch?

I don't think there would be any problem. I started filling out my application for round 2 in August and there was a brief period when I felt I can submit it for round 1 and was able to successfully transfer everything I had filled for round 2 to round 1. Off course after that, I moved it again to round 2. Unless they create more glitches - which Kellogg is more than capable of doing - I don't assume there would be any issues moving from round 3 to round 2.

Yeah, it's pretty annoying, huh? Almost gave me a heart attack. The system probably defaults to Eastern time, so when they entered in 11:59pm CT, it registered on the 8th...so then they incorrectly backed off a day.....

Maybe it'll be a blessing in disguise and they'll give us an extra day for our troubles?? haha

Glad to hear that. I shall start the round 3 application too.

I hope they give us extra day :)

When storm affected New York last year, Stern's website went down for a day and they extended the deadline by a week :) :)
