any idea when does one get off the wait-list after the last deadline?

Pure speculation here, but I'd guess after the deposit deadline for this round. It will depend on how many admitted applicants decline the offer.

I got of the waitlist on 28th. I have also received an offer for a loan without cosigner in US. Is it a form of financial aid?
On the decision portal it is written fellowship decision/financial aid will be taken in a few days time? SO should I wait for the fellowship decision or this is the only financial aid I am going to get.
