I think using outsource option is most suitable to small, mid and large size organizations because it has many advantages like as below

- Increase production
- Reduce production cost
- Less involvement of in-house man power
- Accurate data quality
- Accurate TAT

Above are major advantages if a organization choose option of outsourcing.

"Whether the only time foreign firms are available for data-entry tasks is when the Kingsland economy is weak"

Say the foreign firms are available all the time... So what. Say only during Kingsland economy is weak foreign firms are available... So what...

I don't get why do we need to evaluate this option.

Experts, please help. How do I tackle evaluate questions??

I am a little late to the party, but this is a terrific question. This question reminded me of that insect rubbing monkey question(official).

mallya12

If the firms are available all the time then the argument that they employ them only because of recession HOLDS

If the firms are not available all the time then the argument that they employ them only because of recession IS WEAKENED A LOT, because they could be employing them ONLY WHEN it is actually possible to employ them(that is when they are available)

I feel this logic is precisely the logic the GMAT drills us on.

Cheers.

Explained brilliantly Thanks :)

But just one more doubt
"Kingsland companies often outsource data-entry tasks to foreign firms"

"The decision to outsource is rare, except during recessions,"

Why are the statements contradicting??
