What are the chancez of Rotman or NUS?

Though I will be applying to these colleges, I just wanted to get an idea of how good or bad prospects are to get into these colleges with the above profile.

Rotman might be a stretch. It's one of the most applied schools in Canada in the last two years. That's made it highly competitive too. NUS - yes could be. Though the average is higher than 650. However, I did have a student with a different profile and a 660 on GMAT getting an admit (March 31st deadline this year).
