Hi, I've been going through a lot of articles to trying to decide which course I should go for next. I can't decide between pursuing an MBA or a MIM (masters in management) degree. I graduated in 2016 and I've worked for 2 years. Can someone tell me which one I should go for? And the pros and cons of both.
it depends on which country you want to go? MBA requires a work ex of 3-8 whereas mim would usually have a cap of 2 years. POST mim you will get an entry-level job, post MBA that would not be the scene.

What's the scene in Germany? Do you think it'll be smart to go for MBA later?
