Allright, looking pretty good so far!
I would need more detail, really. But I like what I see here from a lot of angles. As an African-American applicant from the Big 4 with a great GMAT and excellent grades too, your foundation is very strong. Yes, you could have gone to a better school, but I think that no one would hold that against you if you have a great application.
The fact that you are on the board of two charities (and maybe participate in other ways?) gives you a profile of involvement which looks REALLY good, and also would be great if you are applying through the Consortium. (do you know about this? Check it out here:

I think you can totally go for Top10 IF you make a passionate and unique application, and if you have some good stories to tell. But it's all there, now you just gotta make it come together.
