I also had an incorrect name in the interview invitation salutation. Mine was addressed to Divya, which is not my name. Were all of the incorrect names the same?

I got the invite on Friday night, it was also addressed to "Divya." I emailed admissions to confirm that it was intended for me, but since it's the weekend haven't heard back. Looks like it may have been a glitch though.

same issue here , i got the interview invite with a different name , i have sent an email to admission team to clarify this technical glitch

i am relieved to know that I am not the only one with this issue

Let's just hope we all got each others names in the email! haha. I'm curious to know how many other applicants had the same issue

Mine was addressed as Divya too! I think they sent out a generic email accidentally to everyone that is supposed to interview! That's some relief!

Yes, Mine was Divya and saw another post with Divya as well. that's some relief!

Mine was addressed to Divya as well. Initially I thought if they sent the invitation to me by mistake. However, I was able to schedule the interview successfully.

So the Divya email was a technical glitch. I got an email apologizing about the error and a confirmation as well that I'm selected to interview :) - Yayy and Goodluck to all the Divya's out there!

I think invites will roll in as soon as the adcom goes through the applications..From the email they sent it seems as if the process takes weeks to get completed.

When are the interview dates in India?
Will be be an in-person interview (Delhi/Mumbai) or Skype etc?

Maybe it depends on where you are and how you're going to schedule your interview. For eg. The email i received only had options for Austin, Skype and New York. If you have indicated a Mumbai preference, maybe yours will come in later? I'm guessing they are doing it by location. Although I'm really not sure.

Well. I dunno what to think; if they like the application, they'll invite for an interview. :D
I'm wondering whether they'll send a ding response though... I hope they do, and soon, if that's the case.
