What's your profile? And do you know if anyone from R3 has received invites so far?
Profile - 12 years in IT / Business Consulting / Product / Program management (basically anything and everything in IT) across verticals 4 years in India, 8 years in US Post Graduate in Management - Indian School of Business Self sponsored
Worried about: 1. Self sponsored 2. Applied in R3 instead of maybe R2 3. Not your typical MIT sloan fellow profile
For those that were waitlisted, are you international or US students?
Waitlisted. Foreign applicant.
Did my interview in January at Boston, got waitlisted on the February 10. R2 - 14 years experience - Engineering - Self-sponsored
There are so many people waitlisted this year, what's going on? Good luck!

In an info session, the school said they make liberal use of the waitlist in order to build a diverse class. Many people get off the waitlist and chances for admission are similar across all three rounds because of how they use the WL.

Great news! Good luck! I will have my interview next week. Feeling quite nervous... any tips?

I don't know whether is a good advice, but I would like to say "relax and be yourself") The SF Adcom doing an awesome job in order to create the best and the most diverse cohort. We would never know whom they are looking for. Just relax, smile and be honest. Good luck!!!

I'm an international student. Applied in R3 (on deadline), did my interview in Cambridge on March 1. Waiting on a reply. Any R3's get a response yet? Reading through old threads it seems there is only about 3-5 days wait post first interview. This is nerve wracking!!
