Be the coolest guy in the MBA Forum - Be a threadmaster!

Blatantly put, a threadmaster is a sheriff of each school threads :-) If you are passionate for Molson MBA, if you are confident that you can lead this thread and keep it full of life, then PM your request to me.

Here is a list of tasks that help applicants to share and discuss their experiences and make the thread stronger.

1) Putting a first post together for the school (Most schools are up already! I will give the OP status to the threadmasters)
2) Keeping the thread updated with events/deadlines/etc - e.g. posting relevant material found, updates, interview debriefs found if not in the thread (from last year’s threads), and others.( Most of this information will be available on the school website and you will have them if you are applying.)
3) Keeping the thread organized - if something very helpful/valuable got posted, it would be helpful to put it into the very first post so that the first post serves as a valuable guide.
4) Keeping a roll call (this is automated) and keeping track of everyone who applied, submitted, interviewed, and keeping stats - it is quite fun.
5) Finally, being the GMAT Club advocate of your school!!

Thank you.

Hi anuharidas,
My GMAT score is 680 . they didn't ask for interview. But they asked for TOEFL score. I was thinking they will waive off that as my graduation is in English and the same is mentioned on the transcript. Hence, I had to appear for TOEFL . Make sure your referre's attach their business card or write on official letter head. They are a bit strict on that.
Happy applications !

Hi my dear friend,
Thanks a lot for the reply.
And congrats for your score.
I have one more issue . My company (Infosys) does not permit to use its letterhead for recommendations. I had mailed them asking this ,but I did not receive any reply. Also , it is mentioned in the website that the recommendation letters should be directly send to the College.
I am presently at US and my recommend-er in India. I'm quite unsure what can be done . So what do you suggest in this scenario?

Looking forward for your reply.

Ask your recommenders to send it directly to the college in a sealed envelope . In case company letterhead is not available (similar to my situation), ask your recommenders to staple their business card.

I am not expert on reco's , just referred some samples available on internet.

Hello everyone!
I have a question. Did everybody mail the recommendation letters? I uploaded them in the application process but did not ask for mailing them. Is it an issue? I've asked this by email but nobody replied.

I applied in June 2nd and I haven't heard from them.

Any input? Thanks!

Yes, they did ask me for the hard copy. You can call Ayanna or Ana and ask.

Congrats to all new admits!! I believe all admits reported here are for January entry (International round), no? All the best to those who are applying in subsequent rounds.

We request all applicants to add Molson school on your MBA timeline so that the applicant stats displayed in the first post reflect true picture of admissions. While adding Molson to the timeline, MAKE SURE you are setting it for graduation year i.e. 'Class of 2019'.
