Hi, based on your profile description I’ll break this into four parts — Academics, Work Experience, Extracurriculars, and Diversity.
Academics – 2.5/5Your CGPA is strong and the college is decent, but the current GMAT FE score is low. Targeting at least 665 can significantly improve your chances.
Work Experience – 3/5You have worked with well-known companies, which is a plus. If you can showcase any international exposure and a strong story around managing a team, this can go up to 3.5. A promotion before applying would also strengthen this bucket.
Extracurriculars – 3.5/5Even having just one strong passion is fine as long as you can highlight recognition for it and clearly connect how it will help you contribute at ISB.
Diversity – 2/5Engineer + consulting is a very common profile, so differentiation will be important.
Overall: With your current score and profile, getting in will be tough. Improving your GMAT and building your profile further will give you a much stronger shot.

Hello team,
My primary focus is ISB PGP for this year, below are my profile details :-
10th - 10 CGPA
12th - 91%
Electrical Engineering from MS Ramaiah College, Bangalore :- 8.74 CGPA, graduated in 2020.
GMAT FE = 635
Worked for 1 year in L&T Constructions and I am currently working at Deloitte USI as a consultant for US healthcare clients, received multiple performance awards and consistent strong rating.
My co curricular is only in volunteering where I have been a teaching volunteer for Teach for India at a government school for around 50 hours.
I am going to obviously attempt the GMAT FE since it is still lower than the median, however wanted to know what my chances are if I am not able to improve my score.
