How about applying in round 2 for MIM with 2+ years of experience?

As I said, MIMs are for candidates with less than 2years. if you write a steller application, and you have a great profile, you have a chance also with 2.5Y... I know nothing about you, so hard to give you chances estimation :)

I really didn’t understand the question
If you are looking for a switch, I suggest you either go for a 2Y MBA with an internship, or the Tech MBAs (Cornell Tech or NYU Tech)

not sure what the question is here, but as LBS doesn’t have a 1Y program, and it is considered one of the best schools in the world, and in India, I will have to degree...
