For R1 admitted students, there are two deposits.

1. $1500 - Before 15 Feb' 14
2. $1000 - In April.

I am not sure that whether the deadlines are same for R1 and R2 applicants.

hmm.. people having doubt about visa .. not sure but i havent heard any case where a student visa is rejected..

Hello everyone,

Congratulations to everyone admitted.
I am in as well.

I am an international student with family.
I would like to clarify what should be my next steps.

Let's assume, I submit the deposit by 02/15/2014.

I presume, I should get visa documents from school and apply for a visa with my family.
If I am not mistaken, I will be allowed to visit US within 30 days before program starts.

What are any other major milestones after submitting deposit?

@happyinlove505 .. you are right on target .. other bullet points could be sending you official test scores and your official transcripts ..

Does anyone know if we can send a WES report for transcripts? (too difficult to get the transcript from a government college.. they move at snail's pace to get all signatures from proffs.. :X )
