I have few queries regarding filling up IIMA PGPX application form mentioned below . Kindly help me out

1) I have Founded a start up. How can I show it in IIMA Application? I have not incorporated my start up. what kind of proof I can add as attachment in application
form?
2) What kind of proof I must add as attachment in work experience section?
3) I have handled a managerial position in a co curricular project during my college. But I was not given certificate for that. What kind of attachment I must add in the application form.

Since this is just a shortlist and not final admit one cannot say that yet. Also the sample size is good but then folks who are active on gmat club usually score higher in GMAT than those who are not ( there is a positive correlation for sure)

On the contrary competition in R-2 will be stiffer. So avg GMAT is R2 will be around 10-20 points higher than R-1 admits/shortlists. Not to mention shortlisting is holistic so even in R-2 you will have applicants called for next stage but have just 670-680 GMAT.

If you fall within avg work-ex(7-10), international work-exp(2), and are male than 720+ is decent score. If work exp is less than 7 years or international work exp is less than 2 years you will need higher scores. If female then avg score drops by 20 points as seen in R-1 shortlist candidates as well. I dont think being an IT is a big disadvantage. If you look into placements almost 60% of the class took roles in IT industry. So if that is where they can place you, they will end up taking people with same industry background. But being from niche profile will work in your favor because any school will love some diversity!

First Let me introduce myself.

I am a Mechanical Engineer with 8 years experience in Product Design. (Design of metro Trains & high speed trains ) including approximately 18 months in UK & France.
Currently I am working in UK for Bombardier Transport, Derby as a Work Package Leader for the East Anglia train design team.

Professionally, I have taken up some challenging jobs & have some significant professional achievements (Handled pilot projects, Bagged a multi million dollar project last year for QUEST global, Crucial in developing talent pool in rail domain for QUEST Global, Have been awarded more than a dozen times in my career for performance, Experience of handling client from 5 different nationalities, Worked from client locations for more than 4 years of my career including approximately 18 months in UK & France and led team of 5-15)

Career Goals: Want to study in India & work in India. Aim to work in top management positions in infrastructure development companies and later to work for Govt of India. I aim see myself play a vital role in building a Infra-structurally developed India. My Motto: Learn from the best & better them.

I have extracurricular activities such as working for flood relief in Odisha during engineering (Twice), organizing annual cultural events for 1000+ attendees (4 occasions) , Organizing annual state level badminton tournament (2 occasions), 1000-2000 Km Bike ride (multiple times) and some on & off work with few NGOs (not committed).

I have a below average academic background.10th (83%), 12th (49%) & Btech (63%). (I know, It will take a lot of explaining!!!)
I have a GMAT score of 690 (Q50, V33, IR6, AWA 5) (1st Attempt)
Considering my poor academic background, I am planning to retake GMAT in order to give myself a fighting chance. But due to work pressure I am unable to devote time for GMAT preparation.

Any Data or information on these below questions will be immensely helpful to me in order to get a clarity.
I need an insight on how much a below average academic background such as mine can hamper my chances at IIMA?
What is the acceptance rate at IIM?
Considering my profile, do I have a fair chance even with 690?
I have only 4 weeks before the IIMA & C deadline & I prefer to utilize this time for application. But I dont know how close to a IIMA/B/C admit I can get with a GMAT score of 690.

I started filling the application today and found that AWA score doesn't go up to 6, it stops at 5.

Is this an error for everyone or it could be a browser issue? I tried it in IE and chrome, both.

Yes, even i am facing this challenge. Also, i am not able to load my gmat score report pdf, the page just refreshes once i enter the details and hit save. Any workarounds?
