Hi All,
I checked with the HEC team. they mailed me back saying that there are 2 pre-selection juries scheduled next week and the results will be out on or before next friday....hope this helps

Hi all

I'm looking to apply in Round 5 (deadline 1 January 2018) as I hadn't been able to meet the previous deadlines due to work commitments. Do you think applying at this time would put me at an disadvantage, considering how there are 11 rounds in total?

From what I've been hearing, there's an advantage in applying to the first few rounds but I don't know how much the chances of getting accepted decrease during the later rounds. It might become a problem for some scholarship deadlines or visa applications depending on where you're coming from.

I know someone who applied in R5, Jan 1st deadline, and got an admit eventually. I don't think there is much of a difference between R4 and R5. But try and submit in R5 for sure.

According to the replies in the thread, there is an admissions jury meeting today. So maybe another set of invites/rejection emails will be sent out today or tomorrow.

I would prepare an example from work such as a successful project you managed. If you are sharing a personal example, it needs to be a solid one e.g trained for a marathon, exemplary volunteer work etc. an example where you overcame some adversity.

I presented mine on a creative project I managed at work which went well. Don’t go over 10 min though!!

I don't think anyone from India has received any information yet.

Either no one from this forum is getting an interview invite or HEC are dlaying the process for some reason.
