Hey everyone! Just created this thread because I've been scouring GMATClub for a discussion thread on HEC September 2018 intake and realized there wasn't one. Anyone applying to HEC for the September 2018 intake or has received a decision for it, please do post an update here. Also, I just got an admit! My profile: Background - Engineering Current Industry - Industrial Automation WE at the time of matriculation - 60 months GMAT - 710 GPA - 7.5 Location - India Target Industry - Technology Heard back via - Email Timeline - Submitted application on 15th September. Pre-selection outcome decision - 22nd September. Finished both interviews in the first week of October. Got an admit on 12th October. Interviews - Both were with alumni, one in my city, other in Philippines. Very conversational interviews, touched upon the regular interview questions - Why MBA, why HEC, post-MBA goals, etc. Feel free to message me directly for any help on the process. Quick question, In the "professional experience" section for the question "number of employees", what is the appropriate answer for someone working in an MNC? Do I write number of employees in my team? Number of employees in my department locally or globally? Number of employees in the company locally or globally? I'm confused. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Harshet, I am pretty sure that you should not write the number of employees in your team or in your department. The number of employees in the company, locally or globally, sounds better. I would naturally write the number of employees in the company globally, however I don't think this information to be primordial. It is probably just a way to imagine the type of company you are working for. If you have a doubt, why not contacting a Recruitment Officer at HEC? Regards,

Hi Pewi , Thanks a lot for the advice. I have already written to the Adcom, just waiting to hear back from them. Although, as you said, this field is just an indication of the type of company I work at so I'm not very fussed about it.
