No absolutely no reason to put the day, and I wouldn't even put the months down unless it's specifically requested which in the past they have. For MIT specifically.
If it just says dates we could even interpret that to mean years.

You do not need to mention specific dates. You are fine mentioning just the month and the year. In fact, merely mentioning the year is Ok too. By dates, the adcoms mean the period during which you were working at that position or in that firm. Hope that helps :)

Don't put the day, the month and year are sufficient.

If you've done good in the past, you'll do good in the future.

Does that mean a bad GPA will be a big red tick in the application?

Also, how does MIT Sloan look at double MBAs?

What do you mean by double MBA? If you mean that you already have an MBA and are applying for a second one, I can't imagine that is a good sign. Quite simply, why would you need to get the same degree twice?

You can look up the average GPA of the most recent class. That will give you a sense of how you compare.

When should those who applied in R2 (Jan 22nd) expect to hear back for interviews? I know that the decision date is April 2nd but cannot find information on interviews.
