Official Explanation

Statement 1: The popularity of a medium not mentioned in the table would explain why the media that are mentioned in the table don’t account for 100% of Dallas’s art exhibits.

Statement 2: The high percentages of all four media in New York exhibits are only possible if many New York exhibits include more than one medium.

Statement 3: Critics preferring more variety would help explain that tendency. Artists often travel to create and show their art, so even if photographers did not take many pictures in Boston, that would not explain why they don’t often bring their pictures to Boston to exhibit.

but there could be more than 1 medium. lets say 7 8 medium which account for 6 7 percent each.

I have the same doubt
there could be more than 1 medium. lets say 7 8 medium which account for 6 7 percent each.
and one of which could be the one mentioned in question and not mentioned in the given data.
