You've got what seems to be a
lot of material, and I'm not familiar with all of it. But as long as it's good, the additional (non-official) material you're doing should help you. Just a few points you may wish to consider:
1. Set the right starting point. The percentile you mention is actually going to be a 49 on the actual GMAT (Q49 = 78 percentile). If you take a GMATPrep, you'll get a reasonably reliable estimate. A better initial score estimate generally leads to better planning (less/more material/time) or a revision of the target score (Q50 = 87 percentile).
2. Prioritize analysis over quantity. Just doing more material does help, but probably not as much as learning as much as possible from a more limited set of questions does.
3. Be open to revising your plan. This is something I feel is very important. Try not to focus too much on how "sufficient" your initial plan is. It's an initial plan. Stick with it if more GMATPreps show positive results. Change it if your scores aren't moving up. Add some other tests if you want, but it's very hard to say, right at the beginning, whether XYZ will "suffice".
