Your academic profile puts you in the conversation for the specific programs you are looking into. Oxford, Emory and Cornell are more a stretch but are worth applying to in addition to the other programs you're targeting. You have decent work experience, but would have like to see more about your leadership roles here - do you manage people? If so how many? What other teams have you led? Also, your mention of volunteer work makes it sounds a bit light. If you had a more substantial impact within the organization, be sure to call that out in your applications.
