Your profile is strong. You are pretty good on almost all profile parameters - except for one - your GMAT score. At this point, plan to retake the GMAT, if possible, in November itself. If you can cross a score of 680, which is not very far from where you currently stand, you should have a very good chance if you can put in a good application.
