We just divide the final bill by 6 since that includes the (sum of 6 pounds)+(tax)+(delivery)
Hence,
65.8 / 6 =  10.96 which is not 10.29

2. Sugar-free chocolates cost about 80% more, on average, than regular varieties of chocolate.

Here we average price of regular varieties (dark, milk and white)
We get (3.58+3.24+2.94)/3 = 3.25

Now increase 3.25 by 80% to see if it costs similar to Sugar free (which is 5.85)

Hence, 3.25*1.8 =  5.85 (Hence YES)

3. The Candy Man charged $0.75 per pound for delivery services.

Delivery was 10$ for 6 pounds hence it was more than 1$ for a pound and NOT 0.75$.

Sugar-free chocolates cost $5.85 a pound, while regular chocolates cost an average of about $3.25 per pound. Sugar-free chocolates cost $2.60 more per pound than regular chocolates, on average. This is 80% more than the cost of regular chocolates.

The Candy Man charged $10.00 to deliver Betsy Carver’s order. The order consisted of 6 pounds of chocolate. That works out to $10.00 ÷ 6, or $1.67 per pound.

Hi SkyBulb,

Fair thing to pause on, but the definition is already in Source #1. It just isn't labelled "regular."

Look at the grouping. The list gives the standard types (Dark $3.58, Milk $3.24, White/Vanilla $2.94), then breaks out  Sugar-Free Chocolates  at $5.85 as its own category with its own flavours. The tab itself draws the line, so "regular varieties" means everything that isn't the sugar-free row.

The wording backs it up too:  "about 80% more."  That "about" tells you no penny-exact definition is expected. Average the three standard types (roughly $3.25) against $5.85 and you land near 80%.

Same as a menu listing "Coffee, Tea, Juice" and then "Decaf Options" separately. The grouping does the defining.
