Post Grad (SIBM, Bangalore) – 2.7/4 (2008-2010)
GMAT – Actual – 690 (Q50, V33, IR6)
Expected - 730 (Q50, V40, IR6) – date of exam – 16th Dec
Work experience -
* Have 10 years of experience
Have worked in roles of Business Analyst, Presales Consultant and Test Lead roles
Extra Curriculars -
Played District level Cricket and State level Basketball and Volleyball.
Worked with a startup where I rose from an Intern to Business Development Manager
Won Star awards at Infosys and TCS and won Ad-Mad show in Infosys
Mba goal - I wish to do my MBA in Strategic Management
My target schools are – LBS, Judge Business School, Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Kellogg
I even want a scholarship for these programs.
Can you please tell me about the shortcomings in my profile and how can I be the good fit for these above schools?

Thanks for sharing your profile. I would say you will just need to make a clear case why you need an MBA given how much work experience you have. Also, they may have questions on whether 2Y is the right format for you, so your Why MBA should be super clear and your post-MBA goals should be something you cannot achieve without an MBA. Also, your current GMAT score will not have you in play at any of these schools, you will need to hit a 730 minimum for a real chance

I even want a scholarship for these programs.
