I'm planning to pursue an MBA from top business schools in North America. The primary shortlisted universities are:
Canada: UofT, UBC, York, UAlberta, UCalgary, UOttawa, Concordia, Mcgill, and Mcmaster. I plan to pursue a major in Management Analytics.
USA: top 30
My Profile:
Age:31
Education: MBA from Bangladesh
Citizen: Bangladeshi (Canadian PR holder)
Work Exp. 6 years in Brand Management
Company: World's largest building materials company.
GMAT: Not given
Extra-Curricular: None
Will my profile be considered as a Bangladeshi citizen? And If I show that I have an MBA degree, will it hurt my chances? I'm going to submit an application at McMaster for the Fall 2020 session. What are my chances?

Most top schools will take a dim view of people getting a second MBA. Your best bet is to look at Canadian schools since you have Canadian permanent residency. If you apply this year you might get away without taking a GMAT. Part time programs are probably going to be more forgiving.

A second MBA would not be a deal-breaker - However you would need to justify your reasons for the same. Is it because you want to enter an international market? Anything about the school's program appeals to your long term goals? Brainstorm on these points . Regarding your query about your nationality being a profile booster, well schools do strive to include applicants to diverse nationalities into their class profile. In this context, while it would be viewed favorably.
