Is an M7/T15 viable for me?
Thanks in advance!
tsaha25 - some thoughts and clarifications:
1. The undergrad GPA is fine, but the masters score isn't ideal, as you've noted. Have there been alum from your undergrad/ Masters at M7/ T15? Some precedence can help. Also, any reason why you didn't apply to top US Deferred MBA programs, alongside your ISB YLP application?
2. The big-4 brand and fast-track promotion are strong angles, but your work-ex is on the lower side for most MBA programs (key stats
here). Having said that, a strong score (ideally a GFE 705+) can help compensate to an extent. M7's would still be tricky, given the competitive pool - refer
here for key stats and class-profiles at M7 MBA programs.
3. Your post-MBA goals need more clarity and brainstorming. Selecting/ prioritizing schools can be made easier once there's directional clarity here. I'd also suggest expanding the mix to include some US T15-25, if you're particularly keen on applying this year. A deepdive of my candidate's success journey with lower-than-average work-ex who got into a US T20 program is
here.If you're looking at applying next year, which can improve odds (particularly at UST15, in my view) my
Profile Building Program could be of help.
Hope this helps a bit. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to have a deeper chat.
