Though you have provided limited information in your description (would have been great to learn more about your goals, achievements and details of work experience, et.), your profile still looks good for ISB even with a score of 660. However, my advice would be to retake GMAT. Even improving your score by another 20 points will give a huge boost to your profile. Having said that, if you feel you have scored your best, do apply for ISB even with this score.
How you present your story in your essays will be a key determinant to your success at getting an ISB admit. Remember to talk about impact at work and leadership experience.
