Hello,
Kindly review my profile for ISB 2022 intake
Age : 25 years
Academics
1. 10th ICSE -94.4%
2. 12th ISC(Science) - 94.75%
3. Btech from KIIT Bhubaneswar in Electronics and Electrical Engineering - CGPA 9.25/10
Work Experience - 3 years 4 months (will be over 4 years during the commencement of the session for next intake)
1. 2 years as Techno-Functional Consultant, working in mainly product-based implementation with US/UK clients
2. 1 + year experience in core business consulting focused on market research and data analysis for US/UK clients
Aiming for 700+ in GMAT (currently around 680 in mocks)
Extracurriculars/achievements -
1. KIIT Merit Scholarship holder (for SGPA high as 9.76,9.81)
2. Awarded Rewards and Recognition at the workplace
3. Certified in Indian Classical music and Indian Fine arts
4. Participated in Model United Nations during college
5. Certification courses - DBMS, SQL, HTML, CSS, PHP
7. Member of Music Society and Aeronautical society in college
8. Won best in academics award at the school level
9. Won multiple Debate, essay writing, elocution, singing, art, and craft, spell bee (arranged by Linc.) competitions in school life
10. Scored 8 bands in IELTS in 2019 -- not sure if this will be relevant

Hi Arjayita,
Your strong academics display consistency throughout your life and should you get a great GMAT score will support your profile. The switch in career from techno-functional to business consultant is certainly interesting and it'll again help boost your profile specially if you have good brands on your resume.
Your extracurricular in Indian classical music and arts are also good if you're currently doing something.
However, there are limitations to your profile. You are on the lower side of work -ex. Your work -ex doesn't seem to differentiate a lot from atypical Indian application. finally, your choice of school is one of the most competitive schools in India. Looking at these factors, I'd recommend diversifying your school list so that you can achieve an admit for Fall 22 MBA. You can do school search in our MBA Matrix (link in signature). On the work front, I see you interact with international clients, which will allow you to tell some interesting stories. You must share details about your leadership, impact, and career progression (if any). Regarding your ECs, they are interesting. You are certified in Indian classical music, and you should definitely talk about such passions in your apps to help adcoms know more about you as a person. Speaking about all these will bring diversity to your apps. Overall a good profile, but I’m not able to see any impact right now, which will help you to stand out from other applicants in the pool.
