Hey
Zuki1803,
Well, to begin with, I must say that you have a strong profile, decent grades, great extracurriculars and a decent brand in your work ex. Top colleges like HEC, consider applicants graduating from top 10 colleges of their country, so, having VIT as a brand on your CV, definitely adds value to your application.
Since you’re yet to attempt GMAT, I’d suggest you aim for a whopping 700+ score to strengthen your profile further. Also, do make sure to limit your work experience to 2 years as a Masters in Management program generally prefer admitting students with 0-2 years of work experience and crossing that limit may hamper your eligibility criteria for the program.
Below, I’ve segregated the schools you’ve shortlisted according to your chances of acceptance:
HEC, INSEAD - Dream (50%)
ESSEC, NUS, EDHEC - competitive (70%)
Moreover, you can target Grenoble which falls under the ‘safe’ category (90%)
The one thing you need to keep in mind is that your acceptance into either of these schools would largely depend upon your application. You would need to create a strong application to justify your interest in Management which is a diversion from your current field. So, make sure to highlight your interests and your goals specifically to create an impactful pitch in your application.
