I will do a 1+ on what Scott says - as an IIT grad, I definitely have much higher GMAT expectations from you
That said, a few more details are important in order to make a comprehensive evaluation - the brand name of your company and, more importantly, what role you had there - nature of leadership activities, leadership in the community - all of these figure in.
With a GMAT score below 800, I would slot you in the 20+ ranked schools category - but you have the potential to do much better.
