Hi!
Could you please help me evaluate my profile and advise on target schools:
Background:
Indian female
24 years old (25 at the time of matriculation)
GMAT :
760 (Q51, V41, IR8, AWA 5)
Education :
Btech in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee (CGPA: 7.3/10)
3 awards for best all round girl student displaying outstanding proficiency, conduct,excellence in academic performance, extra curricular activities and social service
Work Experience:
2 years (3 years at the time of matriculation) with ZS Associates (US based sales and marketing consulting firm)
Working as a Business Analytics Associate Consultant on market research projects in various geographical markets spanning across 6 countries from Asia and North America with cross office teams from 4 office locations (Princeton, Toronto, New Delhi, Shanghai). Started as an Associate, promoted to Associate Consultant in 2 years (faster than the average).
Few details of my work:
1. Implemented process streamlining and automation and reduced project's execution time by ~25%
2. Managed multiple projects and mentored junior associates on the team
3. Ran the first project on a new analytics tool at ZS with a team of 4 members and 3 vendors
4. Conducted training for the senior management to help them assess pros and cons of the new tool and contributed in set up of a plan for efficient transition
Other roles at ZS (not work related):
1.Took a lead at creating and conducting case study interviews for hiring experts for a new tool (for transition process)
2.Sponsorship lead of Analytics team under new employee sponsorship program. Managed 17 team members to help 47 new campus hires for smooth transition from college life to professional life.
3.Formulated a basketball team at ZS, entered a corporate tournament and bagged 4th position
Extra Curricular Activities:
1.Sports: Captain of the college basketball team. Led the team through various tournaments, winning 5 medals (including a first ever gold in inter IIT Sports Meet and a silver in a State Basketball tournament)
2.Volunteer Work: Member of National Service Scheme in college. Taught mathematics to kids from financially weak backgrounds. Participated in trips to nearby villages to spread awareness for requirement of girl education.
3.Member of sponsorship cell of college sports festival. Gathered 100 thousand INR worth sponsorship for the festival. Also co-coordinator of an event in the college technical festival
4.Member of college news magazine run by students and trekking club
Applying for 2015 fall intake
Post MBA Goal: Higher consulting/Managerial role in market research sector
Target Schools: Any school where I can get some scholarship to offset the tuition fees. (I belong to a middle class Indian family and wish to return to my country and work, so I am short on the money I can invest)
I want to know for which schools would my profile be a fit. Also, I would prefer a lower rank school if I can manage some sort of partial/full scholarship to offset the tuition fees.

Thanks for posting and sorry for the delay - it was the 4th of July in the States and we were out celebratin' our freedom. So let's see what we've got here...
Academics
Amazing GMAT - congratulations!! You also have a great split and solid AWA / IR scores. Great all around! Academically you're good to go. Great school, great GPA, and awards for general "awesomeness". You're in a good spot here!
Professional Experiences
So you're coming from a career accelerator (professional services) but from a Tier III firm. You're also right on the edge of the aggressive envelope. One of the things we're starting to see with consultants is waiting until after that 3rd year to apply. That said, you're clearly a rockstar there. Your early promotion is a testament to that but you have great leadership and project experiences. You're also involved within the firm which, while obviously required for year end evaluations, is still great. Some of your experiences catch my attention - like you running the project for the analytics tools. Definitely a bit above your level.
Involvement
Ok, so you're a bit light here but obviously your involvement at ZS outside of work counts (basketball, onboarding, etc.). However, what you'll have to convey is that a) this involvement is relatively more impactful than your peerset and b) it took a fair bit of your time. Otherwise, you're a bit light here.
Goals & Schools
So your goals and criteria are a bit at odds. If your goal is to get into higher management consulting or market research, then you need to get into the best school you can get into. If your goal is scholarship money (even partial) then you're going to have to sacrifice quite a bit of rank. The fact of the matter is, while you're a strong candidate, you're not exactly unique and you're coming from an overrepresented pool. The better chools don't have to give you money to make sure someone like you attends. If your goal is to return to India, are you considering any Indian or Asian programs?
So, the question to you is, which is more important - prestige / job or scholarship?
