Hello all,
I belong to one of the most application dense pool for MBA. (Engineer - Male - India)
Background:
I finished my B. Tech in CSE in 2017 from NIT Raipur with an average grade of (7.41). After graduation I supported my father in business for 8-10 months - It is mostly real estate work.
In April 2018, I started working in a startup as a business analyst. After working here for 6 months I got an opportunity to work in a fortune 500 company. To my luck I spent 7 months working in Switzerland, in company's one of the most ambitious and transformative project.
I'm still employed here where I continue in a consulting/ project management role. (In India since November 2019)
As of today I have 30 months of work experience.
Other experiences:
1. I have worked as a research intern at National University of Singapore for 2 months.
2. I was captain of my college basketball team.
3. I was also the head co-ordinator of my college's cultural fest and lead of the sponsorship team.
Target:
I attempted GMAT in early 2018 with a disappointing score of 650. I was looking for MiM course in Europe.
I plan to retake it now, aiming for 700+ score.
Target Schools:
1. Oxford
2. Cambridge
3. LBS
Could you guys please evaluate my profile? I think I lack the work experience to be taken seriously in top B schools.

Since you are interested in some highly-competitive Schools, you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement. There's a Forum full of those Experts here:

Since you are planning to retake the GMAT, have you restarted your studies yet? Since it's been a coupe of years since you last studied, it would be a good idea for you to take a FULL-LENGTH practice CAT Test; you can take 2 for free at www.mba.com (and they come with some additional practice materials). If you want to do a little studying first, so that you can re-familiarize yourself with the basic content and question types, then that's okay - but you shouldn't wait too long to take that initial CAT. That score will give us a good sense of your current strengths and weaknesses and will help provide a basis for comparison as you continue to study. A FULL CAT takes about 3.5 hours to complete, so make sure that you've set aside enough time to take it in one sitting. Once you have that Score, you should report back here and we can come up with a study plan.

2) Going forward, how many hours do you think you can consistently study each week?
