Thank you so much in advance for the help!!

I will be applying this fall and matriculating in the fall of 2017.
GMAT: 710
GPA: 3.62
Undergrad: Marketing/Entrepreneurial Management double major at "Big 10" University, graduated in 7 semesters. Was very involved on campus (President of student group related to marketing on campus, active with Habitat for Humanity, etc.) and studied abroad in Brazil.
Demographic:White American male, will be 25 years old at time of matriculation
WE: 2 years (at time of matriculation) as a management consultant at one of the "Big 4" professional services firms, specializing in the retail & consumer industries. Also while in undergrad, had an internship with a prominent retailer as a business analyst, and spent 6 months as a co-op with Johnson & Johnson in their Sales Strategy department.
Story/goals:Since my freshman year of undergrad, it has been my focused goal to enter brand management/marketing at a F500 CPG company. I took the GMAT in the summer after college before I entered the workforce, knowing that I would be going back to school for this purpose. I am aiming for schools in the Duke/Michigan/Cornell range (top 15 or so).
Questions:1. Am I a competitive applicant for these schools given my profile?
2. Is my personal story (have a passion for CPG marketing/want to enter into field as soon as possible) a good justification for only having 2 years of work experience in the eyes of Adcoms?
3. Is there any penalty/drawback to applying to my top schools now, and then re-applying in a couple years if I'm not accepted this cycle?
