You have a lot of things going for you, from the looks of it. I'm assuming you are going to ace your GMAT as well.
Whether these schools are a fit for you or not depends on the rest of your story - leadership/personal experiences, etc. And more importantly - your goals.

Involved in several out-of-scope projects, led teams to streamline processes - Extra curriculars: Eagle Scout; volunteered with Scouting for about 4 years after adulthood. Worked as an EMT through university. Sporadic stuff since; nothing long-term. Improv/theatre group.
