Hi,
I will be applying for my MBA for Fall 2017.I would greatly appreciate if you could please evaluate my profile.
Age-26, Indian Male

Work Ex:[Aug 2010- present]
Working in my family business (construction sector), offering interior designing services, construction development services and engineering development services etc.
Since my father is a civil engineer and I'm more from management background, my work profile was related to administration, accounting & business development. The works we undertook was not restricted to just one city or state. We successfully completed projects in 5-6 different states in India. Clientele includes, among others, GAIL, HPCL, BHEL, SGSITS, Indore, Delhi Jal Board, Flex Industries Ltd.

Extra Curricular:
Working in an NGO for last 4years. It works to fight against alcohol addicts and Drug abuses in young women and children, to provide shelter for poor and needy destitute women and children of Below poverty line and to drive awareness about children of special need and “at risk” of disabilities(& their prevention).
Rafting.
Chess(FIDE rated player)
Participated in several zonal/national/international(open) tournaments in last 10 years.
Horse-Riding
Science Project Competition(National Level) & Drama Society----- in school time.

Career Goals:
Planning to start my own business after MBA (& maybe a couple of years of job experience) or continuing my family business(less likely).

Shortlisted universities:
Insead, MIT, Duke, Berkeley, UCLA, Ross, Columbia

My questions are:
Are my IR and AWA scores alright or do I need to retake?
Is my profile alright for top20 schools or should I see lower than that?
What areas do i need to work upon to increase my candidacy?

Thanking you in advance
Nilesh
