If you want to maximize your chances of getting in, I would stick to programs that have an average GMAT of about 660-680. This is your best bet if you have citizenship in India now. If you have US citizenship, then that changes things so let me know. I suggest programs like USC Marshall, Georgetown, Mendoza, Rice, Vanderbilt, Emory, Kelley and Foster.

Post grad - Masters in Projrct & program management - USA - 3.77 - Magna cum laude - Top 100 university in usa
Master certificate from University of california berkeley - 4.0 (Distinction).
Scholarship recipient - US university scholarship and PMI (project management) scholarship
Exp - 8 years - 3 yrs india, 5 USA. short trips to Singapore and Malaysia.
Job profile -
4 years as IT consultant, 1 year ans lead engineer, 3 years as project management advisor.
Worked for a top IT consulting company for 4 years, then a top healthcare company for 2 years and now in a fortune 50 insurance company. Most probably, will join the same company after MBA.
Certification - PMI-CAPM, Six sigma green belt. Going for PMP.
