Thanks for posting! Let's see what we've got here!

You've got decent academics and, for the schools you're looking to target, they're good enough. You had a difficult engineering degree, went to a Tier III school, and have a GMAT score that's below most of your peerset. But you're aware of it and you've shortlisted appropriately so hats off to you for that. Professionally, you have a blue chip company on your resume and you have relatively outperformed your peers. That's important! Involvement wise, you don't seem to have much. Even in undergrad. That's definitely a bit of a yellow flag! Lastly, your goals are realistic, if not overly ambitious. So if you're going that route, make sure they're super well researched to make sure you don't come across as cursory!

Overall, some of the schools you've listed are more aligned than others. Duke and NUS are going to be real stretches!
