Thanks for sharing your background with us! You have quite an interesting background. From an academic standpoint, you're a good fit for top programs in the 11-20 range. Your work experience shows a lot about your leadership thus far and the potential you have going forward. Your weak spot is your involvement. Keep in mind that this category isn't limited to just volunteer work you do in your community, but also any pro-bono type work you pick up in your career as well. You mentioned you'd like to be placed in tech - any more details on this vision? Where do you see yourself pursing an internship? 1st job out of b-school? 5-10 years down the line? These answers will all help hone in on your fit for a particular set of schools. As you mention Haas, while it's more on the stretch side of the spectrum for your profile, I think you could venture an application as your one stretch program assuming you're able to submit 2-3 others at aligned schools. An additional advice, when you go through your essays and interviews, do not focus on the disillusionment in your current situation. Instead, highlight the excitement to do more in the new direction you are looking towards while showing the skills and experiences you can leverage from your current role.
