Hi everyone,
I would love some help in determining the strength of my current profile going into 2016/17! Thank you so much!

GMAT: 730 (50Q 39V 6.0AW 8IR)
Employment: 4 years at large new media company (think Twitter/Facebook/Google) in variety of sales roles, most recently product strategy. Promoted twice.
Significant Accomplishment: In strategy: developed post-sales strategy for new product that now accounts for sizable amount of revenue globally, providing scalable best practices and connecting support teams cross-functionally for seamless handoffs. In sales: sole account management contact for entire vertical in direct sales for one of our platforms.
Hobbies/Interests: Improv comedy (performed on UCB stages in NYC), writing/producing/hosting comedy podcasts, whitewater rafting, coffee
Undergraduate University: NYU
Degree / Major: Economics, Linguistics
GPA: 3.4
College ECs: Refounding brother/president of fraternity, president of games club.
Post-school aspirations: Unsure, either returning to industry or consulting.

Thank you for the information. Your experience is in line with what those schools are looking for, especially if you have some great leadership stories and strong letters of reference. That said, the combination of your undergrad school and GPA are a bit below the median for at least the higher end schools you mentioned, with the GMAT being in line with the average.
I would want to investigate your background a bit more and see how strong of a story could be put together for your career decisions so far as well as next steps. Based on what you have accomplished at work, I would recommend a good course of action for post-MBA career path.
1) Do you have any extra-curriculars besides what you mentioned above?
2) If not, how much comedy do you do and is there a nice story behind that?
3) Would you say you have been a top performer at work?
4) What have your specific roles at work been / titles?

I feel like you have a pretty well-rounded profile here. Love UCB. I think you're competitive at all the schools you listed. There isn't anything I would nitpick here. Getting in will hinge on written essay execution and then how well you present in interview.
