As leadership qualities i have written the below point in essay as i don't have any managerial roles in my experience
1.
Taking ownership of an SAP Project in my first year of work:Fresh out after finishing my CA and only a few months into my role at TCS, I was unexpectedly asked to lead a project for a client using SAP’s Project System module. With no prior hands-on experience, I had to self-learn the system while managing both technical delivery and direct communication with high-stakes stakeholders. It was overwhelming-but it pushed me out of my comfort zone and proved to me that with self-drive, curiosity and communication, I could rise to challenges. This experience taught me resilience and accountability, traits I know are essential during a rigorous MBA journey.
Questions:
Will i get admitted (I cannot take GRE again)
what additional points i need to add in My essay or interview)to make it competitive.
