Yours is an impressive profile and the immediate highlights that we can observe include excellent academics, a really good GMAT Focus Edition score and diverse work experience which will add weight to your profile. Given you can bring out good impact stories from your work and your initiatives outside of work (like teaching with NGO as you mentioned), we believe you can craft a compelling profile for R3. However, please be mindful that in your case, since this will be practically be your second MBA, you will be very clear about your motivations to pursue ISB PGP and how do you see this incrementally helping your career.

- Specific skills gaps that only ISB's focused one-year program can address.
