Well yeah, in my case it was the associate director. I am a little unsure about the timeline...I mean if the committee hasn't met (notwithstanding the weight the director or associate director's decision holds) how would they know (admitted or rejected) to actually fix a call slot. Not really sure what to think

Well, I did get the offer. Happy about that. I haven't got a confirmation on my scholarship amount yet, for which there will be another call, and that is what this one was about. The official offer will be given to me tomorrow, and the scholarship amount will be decided post my next call on Friday (this has to do with a specific situation in my candidature they want clarification about). So, yeah, pretty kicked!
