Hi All,
I'm currently working with one of the Big 4s (Risk Consulting department) and have 2 years of work experience (3 years by June 2020).
My scores are as follows:
10th - 93.6%
12th - 95.5%
Undergrad (B.Com Hons) - 87% (top 5 of the batch)
I was actively involved in multiple extra curricular activities in college. [ Also got an award for All rounder in my Department (~300 students) for excelling in both academics and extra curricular ]
My job role involves helping businesses identifying key risk areas in their business processes and recommending ways to mitigate them [Internal Audit]. Recently took the Chinese Proficiency Test Level 1 (198/200) and soon will be taking Level 2.
The biggest hurdle in my profile is GMAT. I took the GMAT last year [690 Q(48) V(36)]. Since I was not satisfied with my scored, I decided to retake the same this year with a target of 750+ Prepared extensively for 2 months and scored a 730 in two official mock tests and 710 in 1.
However,
today I took the GMAT and scored even lower than 690!
Honestly, I can't decide if I should retake because I really want to apply this year and the deadlines are near. Also, now that the busy season is starting, I don't think I'll be able to give much time to GMAT. The only solution would be to just take it again without studying much.
Would really like somebody to help me out here. I also have to start with my application, so any recommendation for consultants is also welcome!
The schools that I'm targeting are - NUS, LBS, Said, Judge, HEC Paris and the likes!
Thankyou
