Request for subscription cancellation

Hello @e-gmat

I have been emailing you since yesterday to cancel my subscription, as I feel it may not be enough for me with online video lessons only. I am planning for a tutor based approach.

Since the amount invested is large for me, I will appreciate it if you could process my request soon. Once I receive the refund, I will utilise that towards a tutor based coaching approach. As you can understand, my prep is on hold due to this.

Please look into the matter at the earliest

The team replied back over an email later in the day. They don't have any contact number published on the site. So emailing them is the only way to go.

Weird thing is, the team replies promptly for general queries EXCEPT queries related to Cancellation/Refunds. I understand why but there is a substantial sum that I have invested and concerned about. It has only been 3 days since my subscription, and I have to wait for 24hrs for each email replies. This is kind of slowing me down in my prep.
If any of the e-gmat team members see this post, can you please take it up on priority? I have also CC'd Payal and Rajat.
