Many schools can also be tricky, for example Ross has/had a few scholarships/fellowships that are only available if you pay a deposit and enroll at the school, thus they do not allow you to count on those funds (or use them in negotiations before you matriculate).

In addition, most/many are not for 2 years but often require re-application. That's how a lot of the FinAid works in the US, it is year-based and even the student loans in the US are year by year and not for the whole period of study even though they perfectly know that you are going to be going to school for 2 years. It is a bit of an odd system, but it works out at the end.

Sure! The top programs have their own agreements with banks and financing companies. Many offer loans to international students without cosigners. This information should be covered in the financial aid or how to pay for school section on the program website. There are also companies such as prodigy finance and mpower that offer financing without a co-signer to international students. They have specific programs and limits for each. Do you need to check out the website of prodigy finance. Unfortunately mpower does not fund loans at this time due to pandemic.

Or, a list to GMAT based scholarships?

There is no official list. Many of the lower ranked programs do provide merit scholarships for outstanding candidates. However it is something the schools choose to offer to some applicants and is not a stated scholarship or program.

I feel really joyful after reading this, because I am suffering budget shortage and want to complete MBA. I think these scholarships will help me in my finance. Further, I am an athlete and searched for some athletic scholarships So, here is one I found and applied for it.

Superb list.

Some students faced the problem that they cannot find available scholarships with deadlines to apply until May-June. I speak mostly about international students. And there is not so much information for this year on the web, so this selection can be very helpful. Moreover, it's quite difficult to find something valuable for adult learners who want to come back to college after a large gap.
I've saved this list, gonna send it to my students.

Has anyone found info on independent scholarships for top MBA programs? I.E. Corporate sponsored or government sponsored programs to provide scholarships for MBA students.

The ones that I know of are:

Fulbright Scholarships from the U.S. State Department
Erasmus Scholarships from the European Union
